Grac Technology Joint Stock Company ‘s sustainable development policy is to maintain a quality and environmental management system designed to meet the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 in order to pursue the main objectives, purposes and context of the organization. Grac ‘s policy is:
- Strive to meet the requirements of all customers, shareholders, investors, stakeholders and interested parties whenever possible, meeting and exceeding their expectations;
- Comply with all compliance obligations, codes of practice and all other requirements applicable to our operations, including the nature, scale and environmental impacts of our operations, products and services;
- Minimize hazards, prevent injury and illness, protect the environment, including preventing pollution, use resources sustainably, mitigate and adapt to climate change, protect biodiversity and ecosystems and any other specific commitments relevant to the context of the organization;
- Provide all resources in terms of equipment, trained and competent personnel and any other requirements to enable these objectives to be achieved;
- Ensure that all employees are aware of their personal obligations under this quality and environmental policy;
- Maintain a management system that will achieve these objectives and seek continual improvement in the effectiveness and efficiency of our management system based on “risk”.
- This quality and environmental policy provides a framework for establishing, monitoring, reviewing and achieving our objectives, programmes and targets.
- Customer service is an essential part of the quality & environment process and to ensure this is achieved, all staff are trained to ensure awareness and understanding of quality and the environment and its impact on customer service and the products or services we provide.
To ensure the company maintains an awareness of continual improvement, the quality and environmental system is regularly reviewed by “Senior Management” to ensure it remains relevant and appropriate to our business. The Quality and Environmental System is subject to annual audits both internally and externally.
