Grac is a leading company in digital transformation and waste management. Grac application is a platform connecting parties collecting plastic waste, recyclable waste and other types of waste. Grac provides waste collection services for households and waste generators in Vietnam. With the mission of helping cities achieve zero emissions of household waste, Grac changes the traditional way of waste management according to the model of waste collection and recycling. Through this cooperation, Grac and Payoo join hands to direct society towards the goal of zero waste cities.
In addition to bills such as electricity, water, telephone, internet, waste collection and treatment fees are also a type of bill that urban residents must pay monthly. In order to support people to pay conveniently and avoid late payment situations due to not being able to meet the toll collector, Payoo cooperates with public service providers, providing safe and convenient payment methods. Most recently, Payoo cooperated with Grac, supporting households in Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Can Tho, to quickly process monthly bills with a variety of payment methods.

Pay directly at stores linked to Payoo
Step 1: Go to the store and provide the customer code to the cashier
Step 2: Confirm information and payment amount
Step 3: Make payment and receive transaction receipt.
Note: Customers keep the receipt for comparison when necessary.

Step 1: Visit the website: grac.vn and click on “look up junk money”
Step 2: Check the information and click on the “Pay trash” button
Step 3: Enter customer code/address and confirmation code. Click “Continue” to pay
Step 4: Select payment method and proceed to payment to complete.
Payment via Grac app:
Customers use mobile devices and download the Grac application on App Store or CH Play to pay.
Step 1: Log in to the Grac app, enter the customer address/code in the search bar
Step 2: On the customer information screen, check personal information and click the “Pay” button
Step 3: Enter the confirmation code and click “Continue”. Check the information again.
Step 4: Select payment method and proceed to payment to complete the transaction.
Choosing to pay for garbage online via the Grac app helps customers pay bills anytime, anywhere, giving them more time for other things in life.
